Shipping policy
Shipping is calculated for your actual order and delivery location, with the freight cost shown at checkout before you place your order.
Our products range from compact banner stands through to large media walls, lightboxes, counters and event displays. Because freight requirements can vary considerably, we don't build a standard delivery allowance into our product prices. Instead, shipping is calculated using your order details and delivery postcode.
Ordering for delivery
When you place an order online:
1. Select your product options
Choose the size, quantity, graphics and other available options for your display.
2. Enter your delivery address
At checkout, we'll calculate the applicable freight charge for your order and location.
3. Review the cost before paying
Your shipping charge is shown separately at checkout, so you can see the full order total before completing your purchase.
Once your artwork is approved and production is complete, we'll prepare your order for dispatch.

Delivery timeframes
The time between placing your order and receiving it includes both production time and freight transit time.
Production time varies depending on the product, quantity, print and finishing required. Production begins once the necessary artwork has been supplied and approved.
Delivery time then depends on your location and the type and size of the shipment.
If you're ordering for an exhibition, event, opening or another fixed deadline, please let us know before ordering. We can confirm whether your required timeframe is achievable and advise on the best delivery option.
Tracking
Where carrier tracking is available, we'll provide the tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
Carrier systems may take a little time to register the first tracking scan after collection from our facility.
How freight pricing works
Display equipment can be very different to shipping a standard parcel. A pull-up banner, a 6-metre media wall and a modular exhibition display all have different packaging and transport requirements.
The freight charge may be affected by:
- the products ordered
- product size and packaged dimensions
- total shipment weight
- quantity
- number of cartons or packages
- delivery postcode
- the type of delivery location
- any special freight or handling requirements
Calculating freight separately means the shipping charge can reflect the actual order rather than adding the same freight allowance to every product.
Collection and special delivery requirements
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Pickup from our Artarmon facility is free. Please wait until we've confirmed your order is ready for collection before coming in.
Can I send my own courier?
Yes. Contact us before collection so we can confirm when the order will be ready and provide the relevant shipment details.
Do you deliver outside Sydney?
Yes. We deliver throughout Australia, subject to carrier availability and any freight restrictions that apply to unusually large shipments or locations.
Can you deliver to a PO box or parcel locker?
No. We require a street address for delivery.
What if my order is unusually large?
For large quantities, oversized displays, multiple delivery addresses or other special freight requirements, contact our team and we can assist with the most suitable delivery arrangement.
